Delia Waites founder of Schick Natural Body Therapies began from a home based business model in Jerrabomberra in February 2003. Delia then expanded Schick to Eyre Street, Kingston in November 2004 where she continued her business for five years in a salon with 5 treatment rooms employing up to 6 staff. An opportunity became available in late 2009 to move to a larger more spacious premises covering over 200 square metres. It then became reality in opening Schick literally around the corner from the existing premises in February 2010. Schick now is Canberra's most luxurious boutique spa with 7 treatment rooms and a separate manicure and pedicure lounge area to cater for groups.

Staffed with nationally and internationally trained professional beauty therapists, Schick strives to treat each client with the best professional personal service, paying special attention to individual client needs and concerns and recommending appropriate treatments and/or home care products.
