We encourage you to linger in our relaxing lounge area or massage chairs before or after your scheduled treatment. We serve an assortment of delicious teas, and light refreshments which are complimentary.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates may be arranged by phone, fax or email, and will be gift wrapped and delivered by post or courier as required. Gift certificates are available for all treatments and products and valid for 6 months, non-refundable and will not be exchanged for cash.

Arrival

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment so you can complete our consultation form and relax before your treatment. Late arrival will mean your treatment time will be customised.

Bookings

Bookings are essential for all treatments. Credit card details, or alternatively a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided at the time of booking for all treatments exceeding one hour. If using a gift certificate, please quote your certificate number at the time of booking and present your certificate prior to your treatment.

Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, EFTPOS and cash.

Cancellation

Cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Failing to keep an appointment without notifying Schick will incur 100% of treatment cost. We confirm all appointments 48 hours prior and we request a response to secure your booking.

Attire

Your modesty during treatments is taken into consideration. During all body treatments we will provide you with disposable undergarments and your therapist will professionally drape you. If you prefer, you may bring your own swimwear for spa treatments and tanning applications. We recommend open toe shoes are worn when you are having a pedicure.

Etiquette

Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off prior to entering the spa and noise is kept to a minimum considering other guests wanting to relax. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
